Who we are

This store is operated by Caldorin Nest LLC, trading under the Caldorin brand. These terms apply to our website and purchases made directly through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at that time. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

Using the store

You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content.

Information about products is provided to help you choose. Follow the instructions, compatibility guidance and warnings on the product label. Do not mix cleaning products unless their instructions expressly permit it. Keep cleaning products away from children and pets.

Products and availability

We sell household cleaning tablets, powders, detergents, refill formats and reusable containers. The product page identifies the item offered. Photographs illustrate its appearance; screen colours may vary. Descriptions do not make a disinfectant, medical, certification or environmental claim unless that claim is expressly stated and supported for the relevant product.

Availability is shown for the selected variant. If an item can be ordered while replenishment is pending, any applicable fulfilment information will be provided with the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for unfulfilled goods.

Prices and payment

Our base catalogue prices are in United States dollars. The currency and amount you agree to pay are shown at checkout. Shipping, taxes, valid discounts and any duties collected with the order are displayed before payment. We do not add an order handling charge after you have paid.

Payment is taken through Shopify Checkout and the payment services available there. We do not collect card information through our contact form. An offer applies only while it is displayed and according to any stated conditions. There is no subscription or recurring charge unless you expressly select and agree to one.

Orders, confirmation and corrections

Review the selected goods, quantity, address and final total before submitting payment. An order confirmation records your request and payment status. We may contact you to resolve a payment, address, availability or clear pricing error. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

If we decline or cancel an order that has been paid, we will issue a refund for the cancelled goods. We may refuse transactions where necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful use or delivery restrictions. Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order; a dispatched parcel may need to be returned under our return policy.

Delivery, returns and guarantees

Our Delivery, returns & care policy forms part of these terms. It explains destination availability, variable transit times, the 30-day voluntary return request period, direct return costs and our 30-day arrival-condition guarantee. Legal withdrawal and faulty-goods rights apply independently of those voluntary offers.

We remain responsible for delivery and product issues to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a legal remedy because a carrier or another service provider is involved.

Content, privacy and external services

Site text, branding and original visuals are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping and retain copies needed for your purchase. Other reuse requires permission unless the law allows it.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe personal information and cookies. A third-party payment or other service may have its own terms for the part of the transaction it provides.

Responsibility and resolving concerns

We take reasonable care to maintain accurate information and a working store. Temporary interruptions can occur. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, or any obligation that cannot legally be limited. Consumer product rights and any applicable implied warranties remain in effect.

Colorado law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or court access available in your country of residence. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class or collective rights.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. The updated date identifies the version published here. A later change does not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase.
